Course Requirements
To complete your course and receive credit, you must review all of the course content.

Access to Course
All courses must be completed within six months from date of enrollment (no extensions permitted).

Course Completion and CE Credit
At the end of the course, you are able to print a copy of your completion certificate. You will need to keep this completion certificate in your files for license renewal purposes.

The Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board does not require schools to submit CE hours. The Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board requires the licensee to retain copies of the course completion certificates for auditing purposes to verify compliance with the education requirements. The original course certificates you receive upon completion of a course should be maintained by you and a copy submitted to the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board should you receive notification of an audit. Failure to prove completion of the requisite education could result in a fine, suspension, or revocation of a license.

Refunds
Bobbitt and Company, Inc. students who purchase an online class may cancel within 7 calendar days after the date of enrollment and if the course has not been completed.
